2. Appointments and scheduling

Sessions are scheduled in advance through this website or direct communication.

Each session has a fixed duration of approximately from 1 hour to 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

3. Fees and payment

The fee for the first consultation is:

The first consultation should be paid in advance.

Payment is made via:

• Bank transfer (IBAN)
• Transfer through Armenian card or bank account services
• Fast money transfer services

Payment terms will be confirmed before the session.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 2–4 days notice.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

This policy is necessary to reserve time and maintain availability for other clients.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are strictly confidential and protected by professional ethical obligations and applicable law.

Information shared in the session will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases required by law (for example, serious risk of harm to self or others).

6. Professional boundaries and limitations

Psychological services are not emergency services.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, please contact local emergency services or crisis support lines.

Psychological work is a collaborative process, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Use of online services

Sessions are conducted via online platforms (e.g., video call tools).

While all reasonable measures are taken to ensure privacy and security, clients are responsible for:

• Having a private and safe environment during sessions
• Ensuring a stable internet connection
• Using their own secure devices

By booking a session, you confirm that you:
